The Mutual Fund industry‘s Avg. AUM increased by 4.4% to ₹44.82 Lakh Crs in June.

Flows into equity mutual funds doubled compared to the previous month driven by record net investment in Small Cap funds.

Arbitrage funds continue to witness maximum net inflow among Hybrid categories.

Debt category witnessed net outflow in June after two consecutive months of inflows. Liquid funds witnessed maximum outflows; driven by corporates withdrawing money for quarter end advance tax payments.

The total Average Qtrly AUM of the Mutual fund industry increased by 6.34% to ₹43.08 Lakh Crs. compared to ₹40.51 Lakh Crs in the previous quarter. SBI Mutual Fund continued to enjoy the top slot for the 14th consecutive quarter.
